The Simpsons: What Associated Content Producers Know Homer Simpson Best? a Guide to AC Content

Luke M.
For a long time, I've been watching The Simpsons. I've read up on the show for my other reviews. I couldn't help but notice in my research just how many other great articles there were on the subject. I've already given my readers a list of articles I think best describes The Simpsons as a whole. Now, find out who knows Homer Simpson the best.

Great Homer Simpson Quotes written by AC Producer Timothy Sexton

This article is a well-thought out study of Homer Simpson's influence on popular culture. Author Timothy Sexton often makes great comparisons like this, but he totally changed the way I perceive Homer Simpson and his appeal. I had no idea his great one-liner, "D'oh" is now in the dictionary. That's a fact you would expect to find in one of their episodes.

Homer Simpson: Everything He Has Completed in the Past 18 Years (Pt 1) and Pt 2 written by AC Producer Andrew Mang

These two articles are fun. They're not all-together insightful or informative, but they are a learning lesson in Homer Simpson, regardless. I loved the episode where Homer almost dies from eating bad Fugu. It was hilarious when Homer worked as a blackjack dealer. This article really is just a list. You should read Homer Simpson: Everything He Has Completed in the Past 18 Years if you need a history lesson on the character or if you want to relive some great memories watching the show. Either way, this article is a great and helpful in a roundabout way.

No Place like Homer: Why Homer is the Best Character on The Simpsons written by AC Producer Andrea Nostramo

This is a really well-written biography on the character of Homer Simpson. Author Andrea Nostramo adds her opinion of the character and the show as much as actually siting references. But if you love Homer Simpson or The Simpsons, you know exactly where she's coming from. I did love it when Homer was trying to beef up, counting up and down to 'banana'. Great research, great read. It's perfect for anyone who wants to beef up on their Simpsons history.

Homer Simpson and George W. Bush: A Comparison written by AC Producer Timothy Sexton

Interesting look at the similarities of Homer Simpson and George W. Bush. Some of it is more true than you think. One may be real and one may a cartoon character, but The Simpsons creators have always tried to reference modern life with their exaggerated cartoon world. It's a fun, interesting take on two very different but very similar people.
