With a very different opening preview including a long musical prelude, the entire family Homer(dad), Marge(mom), Bart( Son), Lisa( younger sister), and Maggie( baby), wind down from the town passing friends and supportive characters. Inside of their living room a constant change and challenge offered the funniest imaginative introduction ever. Common catch phrases and trends seemed to have changed over these 20 years. When it first came on, Bart held onto the phrase: Don't have a Cow Man!", and rode around on a skateboard. With an overwhelming difference into the complexness of intelligences, the quirky situational routines are so unpredictable.
During specials a celebrity cast was strung through an assortment of non thought out predicaments. One such star in the first few seasons included Micheal Jackson. His character was such a joke that he meets Homer in the assen asylum. As an overweight white man, who comes home to met his daughter, Lisa, and sing a birthday song for her with brother Bart, this part was far from the real man. It is as if this fictional place inside of Springfield ( home to the Simpsons), lives right on in Hollywood, and in every topic of current media by it's rules. With dozens of strong supportive casts the entire town makes up the morality of politically not so social, and yet voting.
In 2007 this show was no longer alone on the broadcast week, and survived in running reruns of previous years. A major motion picture release had a large amount of demand and response from an all-aged audience.Suspense begins while the EPA agency sets out to hold this cast still underneath a glob of glass. Rebellion by the citizens of their town strikes out sending the Simpson's into arctic land. People like myself from generation x feel like they grew-up with a not so close neighbor, in a setting that has not changed since the first watched episode. The long awaited transformation intertwined the silver screen with the original 90's pop icon of comic television.
Visiting the fox site and rolling under to the Simpson's link you will find more on the show and it's history. Producers, and directors Mel Brooks and Matt Groeing, incorporated with Gracie films have been the main creators of the legendary theory of cartoon prime time. Based from personal experiences and conditions of their own family the names and stories have all been real in some way. Which made their lives a household name. Any journalist student of our time can tell what it is to see the reference in current media education and read it out of their text book. Upon the next year a tribute has been planned to please the fans and public on celebrating the last 20 years.
