My smartphone is my world. I can play games when I am bored, It contains all of my friends, and families contact information, it has pictures of my beautiful wife and kids, it stores my music, I can access my email and of course I can connect to Facebook and Twitter.
With the push of a button, I am instantly connected to everything that is going on in the world. My smartphone can get me up to speed with anything and everything that is happening not only in my world, but the whole world. I can access the latest news, check the weather, look at stock prices and even use it as a GPS so I can know where I am going, it truly is essential technology.
The phone has evolved so much, in such a short amount of time. I remember I was excited when text messages first appeared and was just excited to be able to make a call while being on the go. Now with smartphones, you cannot only make a call, you can make a video call with the built in cameras, you can take pictures and videos and share them with the world.
The smartphone is essential technology, not just in my life, or in my line of work, but it is essential to countless others from all kinds of backgrounds. Smartphones have revolutionized the way we communicate with each other; everyone has instant access to thousands of people across multiple platforms. Smartphones have revolutionized the way we conduct business, whether it be micro transactions through app stores, or taking credit card payments right on your phone, the smartphone has opened up countless doors for many thousands of people. The smartphone can also be used by emergency personnel during times of distress and emergencies, this is where the smartphone really is essential technology.
I would like to say my life does not revolve around my smartphone, but sadly I cannot. It is everywhere I go, it can do everything I need it to do, and it can keep me in touch with friends, family and the world. I know I would not be able to make it through the day, without this essential piece of technology.

Post a CommentBrett - I'm still with you (read hulu and playstation) but I'm not able to sign in yet and it takes forever to get past the sentries (the verification codes!) so I'll only comment once in awhile until they fix me! But, know that I am reading - and hopefully you get tons of pvs - because trying to enter the codes keeps kicking me out!!! cheers, Michele Starkey (not a Guest!)
Somehow I am surviving without one, but I'm sure it won't be long.
Great job! Mandy
