As I was walking down the sidewalk. The air was brisk and the wind did blow. Then it began to snow. It landed in my hair and at my feet. Almost knocked me into the street. I walked for about an hour. And the snow got really deep. It came up around my shoes and wet my feet. I started to slip into the street. I wondered why I tried to walk. I know it was to far. All I was trying to do was get away for a while. Just alittle while to be alone. I guess I should of stayed at home. Now I have walked to far away. How stupid of me, my dad would say. I'll have to go back the other way. I slipped and feel and broke my leg. Felt like it was a wooden peg. I struggled to get up. Almost crawling like a pup.. I finnally made it all the way up. So I kept moving slow. Closer to home I go. In a distance I saw a little light. It was shining very, very bright. I was almost there, look at my hair. I must of been an awlful sight. Next time I'll wait till the sun is bright.
