The Sopranos Return This Sunday!

My Top 5 Burning Questions

Jetlag Democracy
Personally I didn't get into The Sopranos until last season. I know this is really late but it's not my fault, I didn't have HBO. But when I did finally get to see what all the fuss was about, I was amazed. It is truly the best show on television. I've since seen almost all the episodes on DVD or on HBO On Demand, and I can't wait to see what goes down this season. Here are five things that I've got on mind...

5. Will Carmella and Tony get back together? Season 5 saw the development of their seperation, could there be a reconciling plot line this year?

4. What became or will become of Johnny Sack? The last we saw of him he was getting tackled in the snow. I've heard rumors that this season starts a couple of years after the arrest...will be he in jail, did he get off? The dynamic of all of the families depend on this.

3. Will AJ take a larger role in the family business? Everyone knows about the real escapades of Robert Iler (he got taken in for allegedely mugging someone), but will his character start to factor in and work his way through the ranks. My gut says no, only because Tony won't let it happen, but I wouldn't be surprised if he tried.

2. What will Tony's new mistress look like? Take your pick of past favorites: The Russian, The Russian's one legged cousin, The art dealer, The psycho car salesman...you know there's going to be at least one more lucky lady to spice up the show this season.

1. What major character is gonna get whacked? I realize that this is the burning question every season, but it seems that the show's producers never fail to deliver on some surprise killing. I mean who saw Adriana going down the way she did last season. If I had to put my money down, I'd say it's going to be Paulie, but maybe that's because I just don't like Paulie.

Whatever happens this year, I'm sure it's going to fill the void in my life that is Sundays without football. Enjoy it everybody!
