During These Perilous Times, We Must Patiently Watch and Listen for Our Summons
Distantly, I hear it!
The unexpected tendril of sound, uncoiling up around the curling waves.
Following the fine frothy pools, and floating on the ever ebbing tide.
Yet there again I hear it.. and again!

Am I to awaken? have I not won my dreamless sleep?
...and yet I'm called and so I will gladly obey.
with all my earthy neighbors we step forward into the upward flowing light.
