The Special Diet Plan for Quick Weight Reduction

The most severe health hazard of today is obesity. Around 40% of Americans are overweight and are struggling to reduce their weight. I am a yoga instructor and have been teaching one special diet plan that helps in quickly reducing the weight successfully. The person following this diet plan has not to remain hungry and is comparatively easy to implement. This diet plan is of seven days duration. It helps in improving cholesterol, blood pressure, heart problems, joints pain, diabetes, and the mental stress. This diet plan is extremely beneficial as compared with taking costly allopathic medicines having harmful side effects. I myself have followed this diet plan, at least for three times in my life and have got weight reduction of around twenty five pounds in all. One large American company has implemented this effective diet plan to reduce the excess weight of their employees. The diet plan details are briefed hereunder.

On first day of implementation, you have to consume only fruits except bananas. One can consume as many fruits as he wants on this day. The fruits fulfill natural energy and water to our body. The person has to eat all types of vegetables only on second day. Make sure not to use oil and coconut in the vegetables. You can also take boiled potato in the morning in the breakfast. The potato provides the necessary carbohydrates and the vegetables provide the fiber, which is very essential for our body for its internal cleaning. The third day is for the mix of fruits and vegetables in as much quantity you like. However, do not consume bananas and potatoes on this day. At the end of third day, your body is now ready to burn the excess fat and slight weight reduction would start from the third day. The fourth day is for bananas and the milk. At the most, you may consume eight bananas and three glasses of milk on the fourth day. You can also have one bowl of vegetable soup today. Your body will get much needed Potassium and Sodium from it. Your hunger and the craving to eat more will start diminishing. The fifth day is of taking meals. One cup of cooked rice and six tomatoes are to be consumed in the whole day along with at least twelve glass of drinking water. The Uric acid will be removed, making your digestion and the urinary systems clean. The sixth day is again of vegetables. The boiled or the row vegetables can be consumed in as much quantity as you wish. One small bowl of rice can also be taken with these vegetables. Your body will get much needed vitamins, minerals, and carbohydrates. Your body will feel very light and floating, full of energy. The seventh and last day of the plan is for light meals consisting of one bowl of rice, two glasses of pure and natural fruit juice, and the raw or boiled vegetables. Get ready to weigh yourself and you shall surely observe the weight reduction on the next day.

The most important aspect of the entire plan is not to take milk and oil in any form except for the fourth day. Also, make sure to consume at least ten glasses of water everyday. You can repeat this plan as many times as you wish with the time interval of at least three days between the two programs. However, the persons suffering from heart diseases, diabetes, and the hyper tension must consult their doctors before implementing this weight reduction diet plan. As such, this diet plan is extremely effective and I have been teaching and supervising such diet plans of many people during my long career as Yoga Instructor. Hence, I have no hesitation in recommending the same to all my AC friends to achieve the required weight reduction, comparatively in much easier way, as compared with other crash diet plans.
