In its 5th year, this unique gathering works to raise money to aid the St. Louis Area Foodbank in its mission to feed hungry people by distributing food through its member agencies, and educating the public about the nature of and the solutions to the problems of hunger. To complete this mission, the foodbank is gathering a host of celebrities, guests, and NFL players for a great night of food and fun. St. Louis Rams president, John Shaw, along with La'Roi Glover and other Rams teammates will be on hand to greet and serve guests in an effort to help the community that they are largely a part of.
Served at this year's event will be great food and wine from some of St. Louis' finest dining establishments, including Dierdorf & Hart's Steakhouse, Gregory's Creative Cuisine, Vin de Set, Serendipity Homemade Ice Cream, Greenbriar Hills Country Club, Ruth's Chris Steak House, 47th Port Street Grill and LoRusso's Cucina. Guests will be able to sample specialty foods prepared by these fabulous restaurants, clubs and other establishments throughout the independent community. Afterward, they will be asked to bid on unique items, and will have the opportunity to meet the Chefs as well as St. Louis Rams' players and the gorgeous cheerleaders. The attendance expectancy for this event is 500 guests.
Tickets will be sold for $175 per person or $1,500 for a group of 10 and must be purchased before October 8 to have them mailed to your residence. All tickets purchased after that date will be held at will call.
The event begins at 6 p.m. and will go one until 9 at the St. Louis Area Foodbank, located at 70 Corporate Woods Drive in St. Louis, MO. Parking is free and attire is casual.
Proceeds from this event will go to benefit the St. Louis Area Foodbank and the St. Louis Sports Commission's Youth Programs.
