Customers have long been requesting something that is delicious and nutritious. Maybe this new drink will be the deal breaker for Starbucks. You can even substitute soy or non-fat milk in your beverage. You can even add espresso shots to your drink. Be careful, do not add anything that would cause a higher calorie intake. Customizations are offered by the thousands, ask your barista for details. Perhaps Vivanno is just what Starbucks needed to get back into shape. Perhaps not. Within the next few days, the numbers will write their own story and our taste buds will tell.

Meal replacements are a great way to lose weight. Many people find beverages like Slim Fast to be too thick and boring. Vivanno has a new approach that will open up your eyes to meal replacements. The fiber and protein offered in this drink is a big seller. Many people complain about not getting enough protein or fiber in their diet. Five grams of fiber and sixteen grams of protein may be all you need to start your day off. According to the ADA, the recommended dietary fiber for men is 30-38 grams per day and for women 21-25 grams. You should also seek out other healthy ways of getting fiber in your diet. Kashi brand cereal is also another great way to get an extra 10 grams of fiber in your diet.

Perhaps a meal replacement at Starbucks is not what you're looking for. You can make your own healthy smoothies at home with a blender and some fruit. How about getting the whole family together for fruit smoothie treats. Summer time has always been about the berries. You can try blending strawberries with heavy cream for a delicious treat. Or if you're watching your weight, you can substitute non-fat milk. How about adding a banana? Just like Starbucks you can customize your smoothie with your own additions. Great fruits to start with are pineapples, peaches, mangoes, kiwis and blueberries.
