The Storm Stiller

Shirley A Mandel
He speaks the Word
and the black clouds
roll away.
The lightening fizzles out.
And the winds
go back
to where ever
winds come from.

He's the storm stiller.

He stills the storms
raging in my heart.

He gives me peace-
sweet peace,
and let's me sleep too.
