The TeachMe! Spanish Program

I was the student who didn't pay attention in Spanish class when I was in High school. Deep down I wanted to learn how to speak Spanish but never had the attention span to do so. I figured I wouldn't need to learn another language but I realized I was wrong once I got older.

A lot of people I deal with are Hispanic and some of the time I end up trying to figure out what they are saying. So I decided to step up my business game and buy a Spanish teaching software.

I searched for the cheapest most effective software I could find and The TeachMe! Spanish program was the one I chose. The reason I chose The TeachMe! Spanish program was because it was the cheapest language teaching software I could find that got a 41/2 star rating.For $48 you can get The TeachMe! Spanish program and everything you need to know to fluently speak Spanish.

It took me a while to feel out the TeachMe! Spanish program. I wanted to see what I was getting and in some areas I was disappointed , and in other areas I wasn't. The TeachMe! Spanish program will only work for you if you willing to learn a vocabulary of at least 2000 words. Not only that, you must take the time to learn the golden rules of grammar.

Another thing I liked about the TeachMe! Spanish program is that it is easy to navigate. I love the fact that I can easily navigate through the interface with ease. I don't get confused when it comes to surfing through the module and that is what I really enjoy the most. The last thing I need is confusion when trying to learn something.

The TeachMe! Spanish program has a progress system that helps you keep track of your progress. It also assesses your progress through lin scale reports. If you are failing to learn Spanish then the line will slant down and if you are making great progress the line will be risen. There are different levels that you have to accomplish and for every single lesson you do, you will receive a score, which will be displayed in the monitor progress area.

The Teach Me! Spanish program is divided into a grammar area, pronunciation area, stories and exercises area. These areas help you to learn Spanish with ease. Even though pronunciation is extremely important when it comes to Spanish, The TeachMe! Spanish program doesn't really evaluate your pronunciation the way it should.But the TeachMe! Spanish program will at least compare your pronunciation with a Spanish speaking voice. The only thing I noticed about the TeachMe! Spanish program is that it doesn't work in the conversational area. I Think fluent conversation is important and I would have liked to been involved in conversations to help me better communicate.

There are three different ways to learn with the TeachMe! Spanish program. You can setup a normal mode which enables you to write Spanish words out word for word, which I have found to be the hardest of ways to learn on the TeachMe! Spanish program. The second mode is the Auto word mode which is when you type if the first letter and the rest in automatically put in for you.The Browse mode is the area where you can get all the answers to all the lessons. I think this area is pointless. You are taking away from yourself if you look up the answers. I only use the Browse mode for reference.

The TeachMe! Spanish program has a comprehension stage. This deals more with the story area I was speaking about earlier. The story area helps you learn quick comprehension which I think is where learning fluency really comes into play

The reason why I respect the TeachMe! Spanish program is because it has a help/support you can contact through phone and or email. You're not going to find a FAQ area but you will be able to get help in the Help area if you have any questions. So far, I haven't had any problems.

I believe that the TeachMe! Spanish program is great for people looking to learn Spanish from home without having to take an expensive class or pay an expensive tutor. And for the price, I think I got more out of it than I expected to
