The number six skinniest county in America is also located in Colorado. Douglas County is made up of three cities, Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, and Parker. The average body mass index of Douglas County inhabitants is 25.34.
Alexandria County
Alexandria is located in Virginia and is actually only made up of the city of Alexandria. The average body mass index of people who are living in Alexandria is 25.41.
San Mateo County
The eight skinniest county in America is also located in California. San Mateo county is made up of Belmont, Burlingame, Daly City, East Palo Alto, Foster City, Menlo Park, Millbrae, Pacifica, Redwood City, San Bruno, San Carlos, San Mateo, and South San Francisco. The average BMI of residents of San Mateo County is 25.42.
Fayette County
Fayette County is number 9 on the list of skinniest counties in the United States and is located in Georgia. Fayette County is actually only made up of one city, Peachtree City. The average body mass index of people living in Peachtree City is 25.43.
Santa Fe County
The tenth skinniest county in America is located in New Mexico. Santa Fe is another county made up of a single city, which is also named Santa Fe. The average body mass of people residing in Santa Fe is 25.50.
