And the more your body has muscles the more energy your body needs, and it increases your metabolism. By combining eating less food and combining the effects your body will burn the stored fat for energy and the weight will come off.

Diet Pills work by shifting levels of brain chemicals that control fullness and the desire for food. Some pills also increase your metabolic rate slightly at which your body burns calories.
