As a timeshare owner - what do you think that would cost?
How much would you be willing to pay for such an opportunity?
As impossible as this may sound, I can assure you it is possible! Over the last 30 years I have owned over 9 timeshare properties or 'club' memberships. Today I own one! You can read the full story in my book "Timeshare....you bought What?" Let me first of all make it quite clear - I love my timeshare. I would not have been able to experience all the great vacations and accommodations that I have enjoyed these many years without owning a timeshare unless perhaps I was Bill Gates! The cost to stay in these beautiful properties would have been well beyond my income level.
But now that has all changed thanks to an amazing development in the resort and travel industry. Fueled in part by our declining economy, literally thousands of unused resort condos are sitting empty and the industry is desperate to fill them!
Enter World Resorts International (WRI) and their fulfillment partner Trading Places, a 30 year industry leader in resort management and exchanges. I recently took a look as a follow-up to an email I received and was literally blown away. As a 20 year professional in the resort development and sales industry I had never seen anything quite like it!
Let me be quite honest - I was so impressed that "I bought the company" so to speak. (Well the Las Vegas franchise anyway!)
What membership in World Resorts International provides is unlimited access to these beautiful 'timeshare resort properties' at a cost far less than the annual maintenance fee paid by their owners!
This means that I as a member of WRI can log on to their web site and immediately choose from hundred of available resorts around the world for prices as low as $194 for the week! Not only that I can book it directly on the spot with no additional charges or commissions! It doesn't end there - a click of my mouse brings up all the necessary travel options, airline tickets, rental cars and even cruises if I so choose. And all at amazing prices unavailable to non-members.
How much does this cost? Well I'm not going to spoil the surprise other than to tell you I will save the total cost of my 'forever' membership in as little as two years based on my immediate travel plans! A recent member tells me he will save the full cost of his membership on his next trip alone. Here's the example:
His cost of a trip to Italy last year cost him $400 per night for his hotel room alone!
I just found him a one bedroom suite in a 16th century villa for an amazing $325 for the week.
His planned trip to Paris works out at under $80 per night INCLUDING HIS AIR FARE!
Oh, by the way that one week of timeshare I still own trades for two weeks when deposited with WRI.
Enjoy your travels! Dr. Peter J. Shield PhD, ARP ( http://pjshield.com )
