2010 has proven to be a great year for country music. More and more new country stars are emerging at the fastest pace ever! Here is a list of some very popular country songs of 2010.

10. I'm In by Keith Urban. A very catchy tune that you find yourself singing along to. The song was written by Georgia Middleman, which she wrote after watching Good Will Hunting. She says that a part in that movie gave her the idea for the song. She co wrote the song with Radney Foster.

9. The House That Built Me by Miranda Lambert. Another catchy tune that sums up just about everyone's thoughts of their childhood home. This song was written by Tom Douglas and Allen Shamblin. Miranda Lambert said she felt an instant connection to the song and wanted to record it. The song was actually for Blake Shelton, her boyfriend, but he was kind enough to let her have it. Probably a good idea. Women tend to be more sentimental so a female voice with this song was probably a good decision.

8. American Honey by Lady Antebellum. The group, Lady Antebellum is one of those groups that can be played on just about any station. Their songs are so versatile and catchy. American Honey was written by Cary Barlowe, Hillary Lindsey and Shane Stevens. Lady Antebellum actually has had several songs released this year that could be on this list.
