Here are the Top 10 Songs by Kiss, as chosen by a lifelong fan.
1. Black Diamond
This epic show closer finished the first part of Kiss shows for years, when before the encore the bombs were set off and the pyro. Black Diamond finished off the debut studio album, "Kiss," but it didn't reach its full potential until featured on Alive! the album that spawned the entire Live Album genre.
2. Deuce
Straight up Rock'n Roll from start to finish, and when Kiss kept themselves as the preeminent Rock Band, it was the only song that should have and did start the show!
3. Rock N Roll All Night
There's simply no better song to start a house party or a road trip, which was exactly its intent.
4. Psycho Circus
It was proof in 1998 that the original members of Kiss still had the ability to make awesome music.
5. Love Gun
Paul's lyrics and vocals and Ace's solo are some of the best career highlights of either artist.
6. Watchin' You
This was a great song on the studio album Hotter Then Hell, but was later taken to a whole new height when it bookended Peter Criss' drum solo during the live shows of the 70s.
7. War Machine
Gene Simmons' bass line kicks off a blueprint for what every hard rock song should strive to be: heavy and in your face.
8. Magic Touch
A perfect example of something else Kiss was great at: melodic hooks and catch-able tunes that keep you singing all day.
9. Calling Dr. Love
An incredible guitar riff breaks into a classic, where Gene Simmons sings about his favorite thing.
10. Lick It Up
Proof that Kiss was still permanently relevant even in the musically changing age of the mid-80s.
