10. The Trapster
Originally known as Paste Pot Pete, this character then got an upgrade and become significantly more powerful and interesting. I admit, I personally like strange, weird, and awkward characters. This makes my inclusion of The Trapster an easy one. A master of all things adhesive, The Trapster is fun to read about and takes our #10 spot.
9. Puppet Master
One of the original Fantastic Four villains, Puppet Master can fashion clay dolls similar to living people. Through these dolls, he can actually control those people as if they were toys! It goes without saying that Puppet Master is one of the more underrated Fantastic Four villains and he takes our #8 spot easy.
8. Annihilus
Annihilus is part of an extremely powerful race that resides in the Negative Zone. A very complex character that can't be done justice here, let's just say that Annihilus is absurdly strong and more than a match for the Fantastic Four. Annihilus has your basic Superman-esque powers like superhuman strength and durability. He also possesses a control rod, though can rearrange matter and create very powerful energy blasts.
7. Molecule Man
Owen Reece is a weak minded character with one very powerful ability. As his namesake implies, he can manipulate all molecules at his whim. This essentially makes Owen Reece omnipotent and he would be invincible if not for his weak mind.
6. Klaw
The murderous master of sound is scary indeed, and a personal favorite of mine. Ulysses Klaw stepped into a sound machine he created, then became... well, living sound. Primarily Black Panther's arch nemesis as he killed his father, Klaw is also a very big villain in the Fantastic Four gallery. His sound body makes him nearly invincible save for a weakness to vibranium.
5. Diablo
Esteban Corazón de Ablo is an alchemist. That is, a master of potions and potion related things. One of the original Fantastic Four villains and, I feel, one of the more underrated. Having sold his soul to Mephisto to lengthen his lifespan, Diablo has since acquired a complete mastery of alchemy. Nearly anything you can think of can somehow be accomplished by Diablo, making him our #5 villain in the Fantastic Four gallery easy.
4. Mole Man
Sure his glasses look kinda silly, but Harvey Rupert Elder is no joke. The very first villain that the Fantastic Four ever tangled with, Mole Man is one of the coolest and most underrated villains around. He fell deep into the Earth and was struck with partial blindness. He grew to be the leader of the Moloids, the dwellers of the Inner Earth, and developed his own style of fighting.
3. Super Skrull
Kl'rt, the Super Skrull, is simply a member of the Skrull race who has hand picked to kill the Fantastic Four. He was imbued with abilities that match and and exceed all four original members of the Fantastic Four. In addition, he kept all his Skrull abilities making him one of the few people in the Universe who can fight the Four on equal footing.
2. Galactus
The devourer of worlds and owner of the Power Cosmic, Galactus is one of the most iconic villains in comics and rightly so. Practically immortal and born with an insatiable hunger, he must eat planets for eternity just to survive. There's no way to beat Galactus, and the Four have only ever managed to save him off.
1. Doctor Doom
Now you face Doom. Also another iconic villain in comics, Victor Von Doom has always been one of the biggest threats in the Marvel Universe. A possible version of Kang the Conqueror, Doom has a total and complete mastery of robotics and wields that power flawlessly. It would be hard to list the powers, accomplishments, and strength of Doom as they are nearly endless. All that can be said is Dr. Doom is the best of all Fantastic Four villains and a very likely contender for greatest villain in comics.
And that brings our list to an end. Let's hope the new Fantastic Four movies don't feature Jessica Alba and have a great selection villains.
