Post a Comment*Scratching head* Umm, Philadelphia should have been the first place on this list. I was immensely surprised to see that it wasn't.
I want to travel in this place.
Carol, good info. Thanks for sharing that!
FYI If you want to go to the Capitol lawn, you won't be allowed in before 3 pm.
Great choices. I love the fireworks at Magic Kingdom, Disney World.
Good article! I suppose I am partial since I am a Philly girl :)
Amanda, I certainly considered that! In fact, I had 10 cities originally but had to narrow it to five. Philadephia was in some ways a no brainer -- which is why I thought people could figure that one out on their own! Also, many other articles out there on the same subject mentioned Philadelphia, so I wanted to offer something different than what others did. You do make a good point, however, in that Philadelphia is certainly a great place to celebrate the 4th of July!
How about Philadelphia? The place where it all started!
