The Top 5 Worst Gifts Ever!

Ok, so I was trying to think of the worst gift I was ever given when it accrued to me that God took the world's worst gift givers and placed them in my family! So here are my top 5 worst gives I have ever received!

Now, we all have a person in our family that tries to buy us clothes. Well my aunt used to buy me, when I was a kid, you know the WORST sweatshirt, sweaters and shirt. The ones that were rejected by all the normal stores and thrown in the Aisles of doom for I swear less than $0.01 each! The kind you wouldn't be caught dead in and HATED wearing just for her. She would buy me these clothes until I was about 17 and she passed away! Moral of the story, if you want to buy someone clothes give them a gift card to a clothes stores!

Nex,t one Christmas I got NOTHING! Yes no gift and the excuse? 'I didn't know what to get you.' This is not an excuse it shows you are lazy. If you don't know what to get someone get them a gift card to the mall. There is at least one store in every mall everybody can find something they like in! So if you don't know just get a gift card, or if you are too lazy to go to the mall or hates malls or whatever the next time you go grocery shopping pick up a rechargeable Visa card and they can use it ANYWHERE!

The craziest and one of the worst gifts ever would have to be a gift I got a few years ago from a family member of vitamins! I was like what is this person trying to tell me are they saying I need to lose weight or that I am un-healthy. Are they saying they don't like my living habits? I was so confused by them! Weather they were a great deal and you saved money or not why would give vitamins as a gift? Yet another situation giver a gift card!

Now, we all try to buy family members stuff they need so they can save some money. Well one thing to NEVER buy anybody but your spouse is underwear. I had an aunt buy these not only were they the wrong size they were hideous! That is a personal choice! Don't buy it because what you THINK they wear and what they really do wear will be different EVERY time! This is too personal of a gift and falls under clothes. Get a gift card and if they really need underwear that badly they will buy it them self's.

The 5^th worst gift you could give is kind of silly, but it happens a lot. I had an uncle that would do this bless his heart. Never go out to some 'Junk store' around town and buy some random figurine or knick knack and send it to someone saying it made me think of you. More than likely it will offend that person! How would you feel if you got a figurine of a cow and someone said it made me think of you? Resort to the mall gift cards in this instance too!
