The Top Five Best Current Animated Television Characters

With animated television shows on the rise in popularity, its not just for kids anymore. Theres almost just as many animated programs on some channels as live action. More and more adults are getting into these modern "cartoons" but just who are the best of the best of these animated lineups? Who inspires other animators to get into the business and lures others into the genre? This is a short list of what i believe are the top five characters in this new craze.

Master Shake of Aqua Teen Hunger Force If its your first time watching the show, Master Shake may even annoy you, but as you begin to love and admire the series, you will realize how necessary and beneficial his character is. Constantly sarcastic and mean to both Meatwad and Frylock or whoever else may appear on the show, everything Master Shake says is genius. Master Shake's quotes are always the ones that remain stuck in your head.

Hesh Hipplewhite of Sealab 2021 If your a fan of the earlier seasons of Sealab 2021, you may not be as familiar with Hesh being that he wasn't as much of a main character in earlier seasons. However even though he didn't appear on the show as much as the main cast, whenever he does show up you will soon find yourself on th floor laughing. voiced by MC Chris, who i am also a huge fan of, Hesh Hipplewhite's voice is funny in itself and just makes anything he says that much funnier. In later seasons he is a more regular character on the show and pretty much saved the ending of the series.

The Policeman of 12 oz. Mouse Now i know some of you may jump on me for this one and say that the show would be nothing without Fitz, i truly enjoyed and anticipated any scene that contained the Peanut Policeman. Constantly smoking marijuana and neglecting to perform any official policeman duties, the fact that hes always high or drunk prevents him from reacting correctly to crimes happening right in front of him. The Policeman provided some of the funniest scenes in the series and i found myself laughing just at him being there.

Carl Brutananadilewski of Aqua Teen Hunger Force Carl is the next door neighbor of the aqua teens and is having something of his destroyed by them in almost every episode, leading to extreme anger and eventually hating the Aqua Teens. However his intensely sarcastic responses to almost everything that's said to him is one of the highlights of the show. He is also usually physically harmed in some way but never dies. The situations and scams he gets himself into usually make me laugh without even having jokes involved.

Derek "Stormy" Waters of Sealab 2021 Stormy, as he's most often called on the show, is one of the most stunningly stupid characters ever created in any type of entertainment, yet at the same time, one of the most brilliant characters ever designed because of how funny he can make any situation. The things that come out of his mouth are so paralyzingly stupid, if you were there on the show, you would not even know how to respond to them. When Stormy and Hesh get together, its one of the best comedy duos of all time.
