The Top Leather IPhone 3G Cases

...Hard To Find, but Worth it when You Have!

D.K. Bernhard
I have tried for a while now to find a leather iPhone 3G case that is unique, and will actually protect an iPhone. Most of the leather cases I have found may look good, but they aren't protective, they make accessing your iPhone a pain, or they are a 'general' pda case, and make a lot of your iPhone's case worthless or inaccessible.

beyzacases ($59.50)

beyzacases seem to meet all of my qualifications for a good iPhone case. They look great, they protect your iPhone, and they don't inhibit a lot of the useful functions on an iPhone. Specifically the case I will be introducing to you is the SR BookType Leather Case in black. It is a real leather iPhone case that does not cover up your camera, it protects your buttons, and it still lets you charge your phone while in the case. It is a padded leather case that does not add too much bulk to your iPhone (another nice feature). It has a snap button closure where I would have probably preferred a strong magnet, with a few extra spaces for id cards, credit cards, a list of phone numbers, and more. Besides all of that, they look pretty awesome! This iPhone case is on the pricey end of the spectrum, but it seems very worth it.

inCase (34.95)

inCase, a manufacturer of iPhone 3G cases that I have reviewed previously. They make a great leather case, and it meets my requirements for a leather case. It is attractive, it protects your iPhone, and and it keeps the features available to you. It comes in three different colors, black, tan, and a pink case. (the black cover with the white casing looks pretty awesome!) It keeps your ports available to use, it lets your camera be used, there is a belt clip attached, and it won't cover up the microphone easier!

Unfortunately, there are not too many other options available that I would consider a quality iPhone case. If you are looking for cheap, then find an iPhone (or generic) case on eBay, or some other online merchant. If you really want quality though, you will have to pay for it! If I had to choose between these two cases, the beyzacase would be my first choice, just because it is going to protect your screen better, and there is room for 'extras', but inCase's leather case is also definitely an option!
