Dogs - Considerably the man's best friend, dogs can make good pets if you live in an apartment. However, this will greatly depend on the type of dog that you own. You wouldn't want to own a dog that is too noisy because it can disturb your apartment neighbors. Aside from that, dogs would also require regular exercise, so if you own dogs and you are living in an apartment, you have to make sure that you allot a time for dog walkouts to give your dog some time to exercise.
Cats - Usually, a good alternative for those are renting an apartment but would like to have pets would be cats. Cats are not noisy unlike dogs and usually they are tame. Aside from that, cats are also not hard to maintain since they don't need walks like dogs, yet it is still important for them to get adequate exercise. Cats usually become indoor cats when they are owned by apartment renters. But this doesn't mean that indoor cats are not interested in outdoors. If you are thinking of owning a cat in your apartment, then you have to provide some toys for your cats to play with while inside the apartment.
Birds - Birds are placed on cage so they would be ideal pets when you live in an apartment. Birds are also not hard to maintain because you don't have to worry that they are not getting enough exercise unlike cats and dogs. You just have to make sure that the bird cage is cleaned on a regular basis because birds can be a little messy. You also have to make sure that you are providing food for your pet bird every day. Aside from that, you should also consider the noise level that your bird can cause because some of your apartment neighbors would probably not want a noisy bird hanging around your apartment grounds.

Post a CommentWhen I was shot and back at home healing there was a cat who would climb in beside the airconditioner and would visit me every day when no one else was there and she would jump in the bed and sleep with me and purr never gave me a flee I allowed her to visit because I could not get up to put her out and I did need company she was very sweet and someone gave her antifreeze. What a horriable thing to do. Love you pets as we love our children we never know how long we will have them.
I was thinking of a fish. Birds are so messy and allergies and dog dander I do not like to live with fleas and I love all animals. Just dont want the mites from the bird feather or dander or dog hair all over. They should be outside. Not in prison but that is just my opinion because of my severe allergies.
