The lord of the ''dream dimension'' is a strange one indeed. Like his namesake, he feeds off the nightmares of human beings and thrives off their pain. In the ''dream dimension'', he's nearly omnipotent and serves as one of the most deadly foes for Ghost Rider.

His powers are nearly limitless, and he even actually took over Hell for awhile before losing it back to Mephisto. As for Ghost Rider, these two eternal enemies have tangled many times. Perhaps the most evil thing Blackheart has done was turn Johnny Blaze's lover Roxanne Simpson into a demon after her death.
Mephisto didn't make the list as he's more of an all purpose Marvel Universe villain. That concludes our top ten, be sure to catch the next Ghost Rider movie! Hopefully it doesn't have anybody who worked on it before.
