The Truth About Water and the Aging Process

What Kind of Water Should You Drink?

Charlotte Raynor
One of the indications of getting older is dry skin. Our skin loses sebum as we age, and consequently, it loses moisture. In order to delay the indications of aging (for instance, dry skin), you need to drink plenty of water. Most physicians would state that we should drink no less than eight glasses of water every day. However, the majority do not point out what kind of water we are supposed to drink. And I think we should know.

What Does Drinking Water Accomplish?

Water purifies our body. It encourages the effectiveness of blood circulation to help drive out the toxins from the body. Water assists the body in rinsing out waste from specific cells, preserving them in fine condition. As it takes away toxins from the skin, water also transfers essential vitamins and minerals into particular cells.

The Necessity to Rehydrate Skin

Our body contains 70% water. Skin, being the biggest organ, has a great deal of water in it. However, the body devours and expels tons of water daily. Our skin requires frequent hydration because of this. The most effective moisturizers are not adequate to take the place of the component that comprises our body most. If you do not receive enough re-hydration, your skin will appear, tough, old and dry.

Aging

We tend to get older sooner because we are not washing out all the produced wastes inside our body permitting these contaminations and toxins to accumulate within our body.

We utilize nutrients inside our cells for our body to function and to sustain its temperature. The principal ingredients of all foods, animal or plant, expensive or not, junk or authentic, acid or alkaline, are fats, carbohydrates and proteins. And these are not anything but the combinations of these elements: hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen and carbon. After going through the circulatory and digestive courses, these nutrients will be oxidized in the cellular stage.

After this, nitrogen, carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen will all develop into organic acids: uric acids, ammonia, fatty acids, etc.

These acidic rubbishes are forced out in the form of sweat or urine after having undergone some procedures in the blood. Unfortunately, as a product of our way of life (for example: not getting enough sleep, smoking, too much stress, not enough exercise, eating too much), the body cannot flush out all the acidic wastes created in our body. These waste components increase in a part in our body. Another problem is that we do not eat enough vegetables and fruits which are alkaline foods. In this way, we age sooner than we should.

The Correct Water

We need to drink alkaline water in order to reverse aging triggered by acidic waste products. The method to produce acid free alkaline water is by cleaning tap water (normally with a pH of 7), and putting it through an electro analysis chamber. A device by the name of a water ionizer splits the acid and alkaline minerals that are in normal tap water. This method will discharge water with a pH of 5 (acidic) and another set with a pH of 9 (alkaline).

One of the most beneficial and easiest ways to clean out toxins and put off the aging process is to drink alkaline water. It has been effectively established that alkaline water soaks in deeper than ordinary tap water. Toxins are then liquefied and transferred as wastes out of the body.

Alkaline water is more than twice as efficient as normal tap water. Actually, the efficiency of three glasses of alkaline water is better than six glasses of regular tap water. If you drink four glasses of alkaline water a day, this should be sufficient to consecutively delay aging.
