Nine Dead Notebook Batteries,
Eight Malfunctioning Hard Drives
Seven Network Problems,
Six printer conflicts,
Five System Crashes,
Four System Restores,
Three dead air calls,
Two hour-long rollbacks,
And a caller who didn't speak English.
