The Ultimate Cheese Ball Recipe Party Appetizer
Ingredients:
2 (8oz) packages of sour cream (softened)
1 (8oz) wedge of sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 tablespoon pimiento, chopped
1 tablespoon green pepper, chopped
1 tsp onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Give it a little dash of salt and pepper to taste
1 and 1/2 cups of finely chopped pecans
Putting it all together:
Combine the cheeses, mix well. Add the remaining ingredients except the pecans. Blend. Shape into ball and roll in the chopped pecans. Be sure to chill in the fridge for 24 hours before your party! Serve with crackers!
