I have been on a never-ending search for that elusive energy that will keep me going all day. The kind of energy that feels natural and clean. Diet pills can work temporarily but the dangers outweigh the benefits every time. This is a list of 10 "clean fuel" alternatives to your usual morning ritual of star bucks and energy bars.

1. Apple cider vinegar ~ This cider is a well-known old world cure that has been proven time and time again for it's amazing healthy benefits. The vinegar is derived from apples containing pectin. A couple of teaspoons added into your morning water or tea twenty minutes before you eat breakfast and again in the evening before you go to bed will work around the clock in speeding up your metabolism.
