These sandwiches are so easy but way better than anything you'll get in a sandwich shop. Prep time: 5 minutes. Cook time: 10 minutes.
I have to emphasize - the Italian dressing you use is KEY! You must use Wishbone Italian, it makes the entire sandwich! Not Wishbone zesty or creamy or light - just the plain original Wishbone Italian.
Ingredients
1 bottle Wishbone Italian salad dressing
black forest ham, sliced thin
smoked turkey breast, sliced thin
hard salami, sliced thin
provolone cheese, sliced thin
your choice of toppings - tomato, lettuce, onions, etc.
sandwich rolls
Note: I like cheese - feel free to use less (or more)
Put a layer of provolone on both sides of your roll. Then layer the three meats (as much or as little as you want) and add one more layer of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is a nice, bubbly brown. Douse with Wishbone Italian dressing, add your toppings and enjoy!
It's ridiculously easy but my friends beg me to make these! For parties you can make long sandwiches on a french baguette and cut into mini sandwiches and serve on a platter.
REMEMBER - Wishbone Italian - anything else is just not the same (trust me I've experimented).
