The Unspoken Truth

A.M. Morgan
Reading between the lines

The unspoken truth seems a crime

Can't imagine when it all was lost

Always seeking understanding but never completely grasping the idea

Overcoming challenges is a small price to live

When an unfortunate circumstance emerges

It brings forth watery eyes

That eventually implants the footprints

On a road that often leads to good-bye

While suddenly opening the window to another opportunity

Life continues to teach lessons until the need for patience fully sinks in

This is the message that no situation is reluctant to give

Not that I'm an artiste', Alicia, but it seems that your poetry is growing. Plus I'm buying your book next week when I get my AC page view money for December! ..... Of course you are too modest to shill for your book yourself, but anyone who reads this: "Buy A.C.'s book; it's fantastic!"

Wow, so excellent and insightful! Sometimes we have to say goodbye to the past to say hello to the future. :-)
