The Wind Blows

It Can Be Relentless.

Janet Hunt
The wind blows

Relentless and unknown

Carrying with it little pieces

From everywhere its gone

The cry from your heart

Gets carried far away

Left for trash and ruin

It goes farther away every day

Bits and pieces of lives

Scattered to the wind

A cry for help

The need of a long lost friend

The wind, it blows

Taking what it will

It will not bring back what is taken

Leaving you with a chill

The wind blows...

Nice... could be another verse on one of my recent songs, "A Hundred Winds." (http://www.associatedcontent.com/audio/12859/a_hundred_winds.html?cat=42)
