The Woman that God Made You to Be

Nancie Norton
Hey You, Yeah you Girl! Standing in Someone's shadow over there...
Why are you always putting yourself in the Backseat?
Is it because others have talked you into believing,
That there are standards for a Woman, you fail to meet?

Well Honey, let me tell you something
It's a truth I discovered not too long ago.
To God, I am Beautiful in every way
I know this, because he tells me so!

His message includes you too Sister,
Because like me, you're unique... one of a kind
Be that wonderful Woman God made you to be!
He gave us all exclusive talents, and a beautiful mind.

Love yourself, Like he loves you
Don't let anyone suppress who you are,
Take care of yourself, you're a strong vibrant Woman,
Don't allow yourself to continue being scarred!

This is not what our Father had in mind for your life,
He doesn't want you to take mental or physical abuse.
That's how satan tries to deminish your Spirit,
But God had an amazing plan, when he created you!

He created you to Love..... and be Loved
And to you, all his Love, he will give
So Honey, DON'T SETTLE FOR ANYTHING LESS,
Than the magnificent life, he created you to live!

If you'll give him the chance, he will show you
His plans for the Woman, into which you have grown.
He will bring to your life a peaceful satisfaction,
It's time Girl, to be this Woman that you've never known!

Excellent poem of encouragement. There are a lot of troubled sisters out there who desperately need this message. Nice photo too.
