The Woman's Health Journey

Ms. Anonymous
How is your health miss? Yes ladies I am talking to you. To all women of all different backgrounds and cultures. Do you know or have a close bond with your own personal health factor? And ladies when I say 'health factor' I mean it in any and every aspect of the phrase. Do you know what your mental state is? How about your emotional state? And of course we can't forget the physical health factor. How is your physical stand point? Now when many of us ask these questions to ourselves we probably feel as though we truly know right off hand or from the door what the answers are. But nine times out of ten we will begin to become more and more unsure of ourselves when it comes to the answers to the questions about our health factor that we thought that we knew when we continue to ask them. Of course we are all daughters and I am sure that most of us are, sisters, friends, workers, girlfriends and wives, and oh yes most importantly we are mothers. And with all of those responsibilities we are usually everything to everyone else and we are nothing to ourselves. So I will repeat the question once again; Do you know the state of your all around health?

Your mental, emotional, and physical state can all and usually do affect one another, especially your mental and emotional state(which has been stated by many psychologist). They pretty much affect your physical state and how you deal with life and its everyday difficulties and issues. Basically this is where your happy state, factor, or bliss is controlled or shifted. So therefore if your mental and/or emotional state is not in tact then most likely you will not be very physically active, if physically active at all. Without good mental health most likely you can't or you won't be able to find the determination or will power to exercise or to become physically fit.

Now almost everyone knows, or everyone should know (since it has been reiterated to us over the years as well as proven to us) that exercising or being physically active can improve many health ailments as well as the way your body organs function, such as your heart health, brain health, and especially weight management. Being physically active can also help release built up tension and/or stress. This can very possibly be a mood enhancer or shift your mental and emotional state back to its natural alignment.

Okay ladies now I know that a lot of us hate this but we should, no we must make it our business to go to the doctors. Please ladies go to all of your doctors. Go to your eye doctor, your regular physician, and we most certainly can't forget your gynecologist. Going to the doctors is more times than not our sure fire way to assure that we are in our best possible state of health.

I know that we all want to be the best daughters, sisters, friends, workers, girlfriends and wives, as well as mothers that we can absolutely be. But how can we do that if taking care of our health is not the first thing on our list? I want you to ask yourself another question. If we are not in good health and if we aren't anything or the best to ourselves, how can we be the best at, for, or to anything or anyone else? And with this in mind I have decided to go on my own personal all around better health journey. I hope that you will be encouraged to do the same. So ladies please keep this in mind and stay healthy.
