The Wonder Woman Movie : Jennifer Love Hewitt Wants to Be Wonder Woman

"Look at these wrists - tell me gold bracelets would not look good", Jennifer Love Hewitt recently told MTV news at the Comic Con in San Diego, California. She went on to say that, "I want to play Wonder Woman very badly."

"I want them to make the movie Wonder Woman, and I want to play Wonder Woman. That'd be really fun", Hewitt said. When asked why she feels like she would be a good fit for Wonder Woman, she told MTV that she was perfect because she liked tiaras, and gold bracelets and that she was "Curvaceous".

Jennifer Love Hewitt rose to fame in her role on the series Party of Five and a starring role in the movies I know what you did last Summer and its sequel. She is considered one of the most attractive women in Hollywood and in 1999 was named "sexiest woman in the world" by Maxim Magazine.

Her most recent role is as Melinda Gordon, a woman who can communicate with ghosts, in the CBS program Ghost Whisperer. She won a Saturn Award in 2007 at 2008 for best actress on television.

She is not alone in trying to be the Wonder Woman there are rumors that everyone from Beyoncé, Jessica Biel, even Megan Fox are interested in the role and seems to be one of the most sought after roles in recent memory.

The movie has stalled many times in it's creation and some are doubting it will ever be made, but there are things going on in the background. Producer Loenard Goldberg of Charlie's Angles fame, has stated that all they are doing is waiting on the script and he is working on the film alongside of Joel Silver. But, Goldberg has been trying to get a Wonder Woman film since the 1970's according to an MTV news report.

Goldberg claims that he would go with an unknown actress, if necessary, because he feels people are going to be coming to see Wonder Woman not the actress and that they have not selected or zeroed in on any actress as of yet.

There are rumors are that the Wachowski brothers of The Matrix fame could be signed on for the project but has not been confirmed at this time and if they do then it will no doubt be a blockbuster. Joel Silver had stated they (Wachowski brothers) might have an idea or two for the movie but nothing has been done as of yet.

One thing is for certain, Jennifer Love Hewitt has thrown her name in the hat for the role as Wonder Woman.
