Soy bean is a non lactose product, giving a great source of protein to even the people that are lactose intolerant. On top of that they consist of little to no fat and have almost zero cholesterol. Many enjoy soy proteins because comparably they are delicious and for vegetarians they do not come from an animal.

Asian cuisines are known to have be made with soy because of the protein and the high value of this little bean in healthy issues. Tofu, soy pudding, Soy milk and many meat substitutes are made from soy beans. Not only are a large number of main courses maid with soy bean, but desserts as well as many of the condiments are as well. The soy bean is an extremely versatile product.

Included in the soy bean are various other nutrients such as saponins (help immune system stay in tip top shape to fight off germs), isoflavones(antioxidants and a preventative of the effects of free radicals within the body), and phytosterol (help in the reduction of cholesterol absorbed in the body).
