The Woodlands, Texas Earth Day Celebration

April 8, 2006

Lou Lou
Make plans to attend The Woodlands 2006 Earth Day event where 50 non-profit organizations, schools, and businesses will be sharing the message of preserving our natural environment.

There will be plenty of hands-on activities for the kids with a focus on technology geared toward saving energy, healthy solutions, products which are earth-friendly, tips for conservation, and nature's diversity. Also, look for recycled wares such as boot-shaped windchimes, gardening cans, and birdbaths from the Buy Recycled Boutique. Kids will also enjoy the free ecology carnival.

This festival will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2006 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Sterling Ridge Village Center - Woodlands Parkway @ Kuykendahl.

For more information please call 281-210-3900.
