The McPoyles have popped up here and there in the past two seasons of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia but never have they shined in the spotlight as much as they have so far in season three. The It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia gang has once again incurred the wrath of the McPoyles due to Frank (Dennis and Dee's dad) shooting their older brother Doyle McPoyle in the leg right after he was accepted as a Philadelphia Eagle after open tryouts in the "The Gang Gets Invincible" episode.
How did the McPoyles get revenge on the gang? By taking them hostage of course. In the episode "The Gang Gets Held Hostage" the McPoyles storm Paddy's Pub, holding the gang hostage at gunpoint. This hilarious episode showed just how quick the gang is to sell each other out. In the end the gang finds out that the hostage situation they found themselves in was a ruse and the guns they were being threatened with were made of rubber.
What Makes The McPoyles The Family You Love To Hate
How About Incest? In the first few episodes of the first season of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia it was eluded to that the McPoyle brothers would partake in some unspeakable acts with each other. This was cemented as fact once Charlie went over and saw them coming out of the shower together.
As the episodes and seasons of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia unfolded we were privy to sights that no one wants to witness. Brothers and sisters kissing and feeling each other up, licking each others faces...you know, stuff like that.
Must Be The Wardrobe. Another of the many reasons that the McPoyle brothers turn viewers stomaches is the fact that they go out in public with nothing more than tighty whiteys and bathrobes. In later episodes we find that the McPoyle sister is usually rocking just a night shirt. Seems silly right? Well you would wear just that if you liked the heat cranked up even in the Summer time so you could constantly feel sweaty. Just one more endearing quality of the McPoyles.
Uni-Brow Anyone?Well, yes. Anyone and everyone in the McPoyle clan has a uni-brow. How do we know this? In season three of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia we were blessed with the presence of the entire McPoyle family. From grandpa McPoyle on down to nieces and nephews. The uni-brow is a look that has been passed down through the McPoyle generations. How could it not with that whole incest thing going on?
Got Milk? Along with always being sweaty and sporting bedtime lounge wear the McPoyles have another trait that makes them stand out from the crowd...they love milk. I know, I know...a lot of people like milk. But do they drink it warm all the time like the McPoyles. I think not. The McPoyles like to crank up the temperature of their environment and their milk. They also use it for medicinal purposes as seen in It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia season three episode where milk is poured over a stab wound to the arm when one McPoyle stabs the other.
Have We Seen The Last Of The McPoyles?
Something tells me that we might have seen the last of the McPoyles...for a little while at least. They have popped up so frequently in the first few episodes in season three of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia that there is no way they can keep up this pace.
If you absolutely NEED to see more of the McPoyles you could always go out and buy the It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia DVD which became available in stores on September 13th. This DVD includes the first two seasons of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia where you can meet the McPoyles for the first time all over again.

hey buddy, you've got to be the dumbest person online.. ever. I don't know how you could start a review with such a mistake as to actually creating a new word, "AVENGENCE". Come on man, it's A... VENGEANCE, like as in "someone can back with a vengeance."
Good work.
