The Young and the Restless: What Happened This Week?

If you've missed a recent episode of The Young and the Restless, or you've just lost track of a storyline, here's a summary of what happened in Genoa City for the week of January 21, 2011.

Ronan Tries to Leave Town

No one in Genoa City seems to have matching livers with Ronan. Nina goes to Cricket to beg her to tell Chance so he can be tested, but Christine instead fires Ronan for keeping his condition a secret and for compromising his professionalism by getting involved with Heather. Heather gets the news that Chance didn't want her to know he was alive and in the Witness Protection Program. Ronan tries to cut ties with Nina and Heather and vacate GC, but Nina and Paul catch him at the bus station and convince him to stay and see if Chance is a donor match.

And Baby Lucy Makes Three

At first, Victoria doesn't want to become attached to the baby but Billy convinces her that the adoption is the real deal. They brainstorm retro baby names and settle on Lucy. Phyllis stops by and is surprised by their new addition, to say the least, and Billy and Vikky decide to have everyone over on Friday to meet Baby Lucy at once.

Daniel Tries to Move On

Daniel and Abby reconnect as Daniel struggles to remember what happened the night that Daisy escaped. Daisy's things are still strewn all over his apartment, and Daniel finds a sketch that she did of a baby, which torments him further. He comes to pick up Abby at Billy and Vikki's baby-meeting party and Victoria puts Lucy in his arms, which triggers a complete rush of memory.

Chloe and Kevin are Frustrated

Jana continues to thwart Kevin and Chloe's best efforts to ditch her and spend quality time together. Even Esther gets in the game, but all of their best-laid plans keep failing. Kevin tries to flip the switch on Jana's "memory loss" by taking her to the theater she was abducted from, but she outsmarts him. She continues to play cat and mouse, and Kevin continues to dodge her attempts at seduction.

Sharon is Arrested - and not for Shoplifting!

The FBI comes a-knockin' at Sharon's door, where she is cozied up with her new roomie, Adam. He asks pointed questions about Skye's death and she tells him he's barking up the wrong tree and to take it up with Victor. The FBI man does, and Victor appears to cooperate. On Friday, Sharon and Adam are at the club with Faith when she is arrested for the murder of Skye.

Victor Isn't Done with Adam

Victor's week isn't going great. Adam got released from jail. The FBI had the nerve to question him about Skye's death. His attempts to schmooze a judge and get Nick full custody of Faith fail. When Diane compliments Victor on his "zen-ness" in the face of Sharon moving Adam to her home - which just happens to be on the Ranch property - he grimly assures her he has plans for Adam.

Kay Has Jill's Back - Whether Jill Wants it or Not

In an effort to get Jill to see the truth about Colin, she confronts them about his former jailbird status. Jill doesn't care and Colin smoothly plays it off. Cane tries to warn her away from Colin, too, but backs off when Colin threatens to hit him with a bigger stick. Colin then pops the question to Jill, who giddily accepts his marriage proposal.

Blake Still A Pain in the... Wine Cellar?

Sofia lets Cane know she's in his corner, and tells Blake off in a big way. Blake, however, is sniffing around Lily and pays a waiter to lock them in the wine cellar for a while. While they chat, Blake drops Lily some info about the mysterious Samantha. When Lily asks about Samantha later, Cane says Samantha was his sister.
