TheFanNJ's Letter to President Barack Obama

I am blogging to lace my concerns with the choice made by Evan Bayh to resign from public office. His choice to leave places the Democratic slate in a process of rebuild and recruit. A process that leaves this administration with a voluntarily submission to have their hands tied behind their backs. Evan is leaving Washington for all the wrong reasons-more to do with pressure from Democratic (left and right wing bloggers) and the "Kill the Bill" approach by Senate Majority Leader: Mitch McConnell, and House Minority Whip Leader John Boehner. That's the problem in Washington is good bill die in the Senate, and good public servants get warn down in the process. I had the pleasure of working for and Volunteering for Evan Bayh's Obama run in 2007, and volunteering callings with Clinton / Dean's organization in 2006. We have a small base set up in Indiana-that we would have like to kept, and this makes it hard for this decision to surface on the spiraling notion. Evan is leaving because a few (Republicans) want to run for President in 2012, and has the need to destroy great polices.

We just can't continue the enormous pressure we are placing on leaders, and in some form or way we have to work together on the fundamental tools of strengthening government. Everyone knows that George W. Bush's weakness was how he allowed the bickering in Washington to undermine his policies. And instead of making Government work, the Bush Administration force and bullied laws and mandates-since congress, and the house wasn't working together. And look where that fighting and bickering leads us. Even Paul Volcker stated, this is the worst bunch of Congressional Leaders, and Senatorial leaders he has seen in any form of history in the American Constitution. And it has nothing to do with member in congress, but those that hold leadership titles to the party. The six or five leaders of the party just can't get along, where it's becoming a detrimental liability to the growth process of this country.

With the recent blown tries on Health Care Reform, where in the Senate bill 13 members: which included more Republicans than Democrats-go everything their state wanted: which came in a trigger option for Maine, and cross state-lines competition-private liability reform for non-public care givers. And just because they didn't get the FULL T.O.R.T. Reform, or wiped out any Democratic proposals, the 13 members gamed the political system, and then voted no on the bill. Olympia Snow, should have supported this bill, even when Obama supported her. She should give the president more respect for sticking his neck out for her state. The Louisiana Purchase-was against all reform laws, and those leaders should have supported the President, even when he was going to stick his neck out for that state. Nevada, should have had more decency to respect the president, when it's Obama's name going on the final adaption of the bill. And there are many others that have begged Obama, to consider their Ideas, and then practice kills the bill. Like John Boehner (Who) Obama is always picking on-yet his state has received the most assistance than any mid-eastern state. And he's got political aspirations to even care about the help that he's getting. It's no credit for President Barack Obama. And the Ohio Rep, still refuses to sit on a bi-partisan committee, and work on something other than blast President Barack Obama.

If you're going to blast the administration, at-least come up with a plan that works. Not claims, and then run and hide-at-least stick with the ideas you have when you have them. Like the small business tax credit-what's wrong with the small business tax credit now. I know what wrong with it; Obama agreed to have it done. Or the Nuclear plant loan: now Mitch McConnell is against it-running attack ads with progressives to fight it. Mitch McConnell is about embarrassing a President before he's about helping one. And that should be a crime!

In order for this country to rebound from an economic shell, and in order for this country to sustain yearly growth-we need to reform Health Care. We need to get small business that capital they need-as we need to invest artist, and literacy. We just can't look at the stock Market alone and say: My returns are great-get on board buddy. We, some of those can't get on board without a little help-some of them don't want to rely on the market, and want to rely on people. Some of them like their small client tell, but need the basic capital to keep them happy. It's not always about tax cuts, or tax credits - or even loans. It about allowing American people does business, whether or not you agree with them. They were born on this earth to make a chance at change, and deliver a process for change. Maybe it's time to fund the future and not block and destroy one. And if we continue to walk that path of blocking even bill, there may not be moneys, or a stock market for McConnell to run on when he makes a move to run for President, and even his elected leaders that want to follow him. Mitch McConnell, if you where the Commander in Chief, you would want respect and bi-partisan ship for the leadership you groom. Well, then learn how to help one before you can make one.

I wrote letters to the Bush administration to help them learn about the major problems-which maybe that administration didn't know about. Never once did this organization for change, undermined the President. Now is the time Mitch McConnell respect the President-and maybe President Barack Obama should match Mitch up with a House Representative with pigment in their skin.
