There is No Such Thing as Life

I have recently came to the conclusion that there is no such thing as life. The question came up in biology. "What is life?" There's even a list of requirements for life reproduction, feeding etc. Of course when it comes to viruses people don't actually have an answer since they don't reproduce independently. While pondering this question I reached a point where I said " perhaps there is no life." Let me try to make things clearer. One theory about life goes that cells evolved from greasy bubbles in mud called protinoid microsphears. Chemical reactions occurred causing them to form more bubbles. These reactions eventually changed into the processes we know as mitosis becoming increasingly complex until the chemicals inside the bubbles became DNA . So at least in this theory we have something akin to crystals growing out of a rock evolving slowly into a complex biological process. It is at this point that we put on the label "life". But is it? What if it's still just like crystals growing out of a rock?

Lets take a look from another angle. we now know about things such as nanoteknowledgey and artificial intelligence. What I'm proposing is that these things have been around for a long long time, and they are us.The crystals growing out of the rock, the greasy bubbles growing in a mud hole became little nanotec machines the machines(cells) stuck together to make bigger machines (microbial communities ) and the machines begin to think.

But are we alive? I propose that life is just a word we made up to describe naturally occurring mecanical devices , I also propose, that what matters is not life but consciousness.

Sure. Nothing really exists by definition. It's the perpetual processes. You were joking with that spelling of nanotechnology and microsperes. Right?
