There is so Much Chaos in Haiti After the Earthquake

I actually just wrote an article on the tragedies that occurred in Haiti this past week. Like most people my heart and payers go out to the people. Unlike some I am more concerned with how our country is sending all this money there when we have a major recession going on in the United States and a President and Congress that are on a spending spree. Haiti as a nation might have been doomed for failure in general. Please read this with an open mind and decide for yourself. I am not making any of these claims. I am purely looking at this based on statistics found from various organizations.

This brings me to part of the point of this article in something that I noticed. A friend told me that Haiti is the first independent black nation in the world. I also heard some people in America that were from Haiti stating the same thing. This poses a very interesting thing to look at. As I understand it Haiti, for the most part has never been a self sufficient country and has always basically been on "welfare" from the tax payers and hard working people of various countries like the United States and European nations primarily.

I started to think of this and then looked at some other countries in the world. For instance statistics were compiled by nation master as far as what countries are the most and least corrupt. It did not surprise me at all the united states did not make the top ten on least corrupt, but every nation that is primarily a black nation is at the bottom of the list meaning highly corrupt, near the bottom or no data was available. Ironically the ten least corrupt nations are all north western European nations. Of the most corrupt nations 12 of the 20 most corrupt nations are in sub Saharan Africa and the nation of Haiti which the majority of the people are sub Sahara African descendants. The majority of the nations with the lowest life expectancies are in sub Saharan Africa. The highest rates of aids are in Africa. Literacy rates were looked at in 2007 by the United Nations. Out of 177 countries all but nine of the bottom fifty most illiterate countries were either African or Haiti. The highest charting African nation in literacy was Zimbabwe at number 88 with 92% while no major European nation finished out of the top 70.

Let's look further at a country that was once a European colony, but got independence. Zimbabwe sounds good and I had to write a paper about their apartheid system once compared to South Africa's. Zimbabwe is a rich nation with many great resources that are still within the nation that the people can use. It is often ranked as one of the ten poorest nations in the world and has really gone down hill since.

Here is a little historical background. People in Zimbabwe were basically living in mud huts made with cattle dung and settlers from Europe, particularly Portugal, settled the country and took over. This was very wrong there is no way about it as colonialism is inherently wrong and euro peons have been notorious for this throughout history. I am Native American so I know a thing or two about this. Anyway Zimbabwe was ruled by minority white rule until 1978. The country prospered during this time and the native people actually were not that bad off with the exception of apartheid, which is the African equivalent of segregation. Through various battles and disputes the British ended up being the primary group there and had the rule. The country became independent with white rule in 1965 as part of Rhodesia. There were sanctions against the country for their practices of apartheid and much unrest among the native populations many started guerilla warfare to win self rule. I don't blame them at all people should have a right to self determination. In 1978 when prime minister of Rhodesia (which would become Zimbabwe) Ian Smith agreed to resign and have open elections of all people including the Negro population. There were supposed to be safeguards to insure safety of white people in the country and keeping of the lands they have been working and making money for the country and providing jobs for the people both black and white. This was the Lancaster House agreement.

Despite the agreements and a relative peaceful existence between white and black people the Black President Robert Mugabe went back on it and broke the agreement. He figured that since white people were the minority that the blacks should have the land and "redistributed it" (Obama likes to use that word to) to the blacks. He thus took land from the white farmers that they had been working, paying taxes on, providing jobs and natural resources to the country to keep it in good shape. This has proven to be completely foolish. The country had the resources to do very well but "mismanagement of resources" has caused the problems. For example, in 2000 Zimbabwe was the sixth largest producer of tobacco in the world when the whites had the farms they had been working. After the land grab as of 2007 they produced 1/3 they did than when white people were in charge. This was also the lowest amount in fifty years. Therefore they have more poverty, starvation and all those bad things that various countries send aid to them for. According to United Nations sources "Zimbabwe's economy has consistently shrunk since 2000, in an atmosphere of political turmoil, capital flight and mismanagement. Inflation has spiraled out of control and the underpinnings of the economy in agriculture and industry have been dissipated" Now no one will ever say that this is because of native rule, but in all fairness this was not happening when the colonists were running the farms. They did not even run the government and only had about 1/3 of the total seats in parliament per the Lancaster House agreement, but still ran things much better and the people of Zimbabwe were better off.

I also notices that of the top 18 coutnries that give former aid all are from predominatly white coutnries except japan. There are no african or black coutnries on the list. Also most foreign aid seems to go to the continent of Africa and especially sub Saharan Africa. This of course does not include military aid supplied for the purpose of protecting U.S. and world interests. With all the money the United States has put into most of the African countries I have yet to see most show signs of civility. Children are bought and sold into chocolate slavery, woman often has their genitals mutilated in the name of religion and the aids rate is epidemic yet they won't use condoms even when provided and still have kids for the world to take care of. Most of these countries are the epitome of the welfare state.

I know I will get bashed about this article. People will claim I am a racist, a ku klux klaner, neo Nazi, or whatever else. First of all I am bi-racial and can't stand groups like that. I fully support the state of Israel and don't believe all this crap about a world wide Jewish conspiracy as many white supremacists do. I feel though when I was in college and learned about slavery something stuck in my head. Many people taught about the horrors of slavery and how inhumane the slaves were treated and they were. Slavery was horrible and should never have occurred. Groups that often teach about slavery and collect items to show how things were back then like seen at the America I Am exhibit in Philadelphia. Pennsylvania (see article on America I Am) do this so we don't forget the past. If you don't know your history you are doomed to repeat it. That is true. Many of these groups also will say they do not teach to make black people resentful of white people or give white people guilt (none of us were alive then) but to teach about the past. In the true interest of dealing with facts these are facts. No black country in the world is self sufficient and most are modern day welfare states taken care of by the tax dollars of nations that are predominantly white. Since according to NAACP statistics blacks make less than white people in the united states it is fair to say white people pay more taxes and therefore white people are supporting uncivilized people in Africa that make no attempt for a better life and want things handed to them like they are owed something. I know modern afro-centrism wants to pump up Africa, but it's a cesspool or wasteland and the people are really not capable of self governing. Look as Zimbabwe. As soon as the white people lost the farms the blacks were too stupid to do that same job the white people were doing. The president of that country did not think of that though and hurt his own people. If you think this cant happen in the United States it can. We are the only civilized nation that does not get world hand outs (we are in hock to the Chinese though) that are not headed by a white or Asian person. We have a half Negro president that does not know what he is doing. Anyone white who supports his regime is only killing off your own kind because things will get worse at worse. People who look white but are not actually white will continue siding with them and wonder what they hell happened when they can't walk down the street without their daughters being raped like in South Africa after the blacks took over after apartheid. First it will start with all the illegal aliens, who breed like roaches, getting amnesty until the country is less and less white. If you know economics you will know that with less and less white and Asian people then the people that will be running the country have not done a very good job with countries they run now. Call me a bigot if you like. I know what is in my heart. I love all people as Christ commands, but I do see world events and don't keep blinders on. People think Pelosi, Reid, Clinton, Kennedy and similar kiss tail liberals are saviors to the blacks. Many blacks don't see they are just being used so the liberals can maintain power. If you are black ask yourself how much better you are now than a couple years ago. The unemployment rate amongst blacks is the highest it has been since the civil rights act Most have racial identity crisis but you notice they live in the whitest neighborhoods, are married to white people, their children are married to white people but make it out like the are love blacks so much. I know more about black people and other races than many of them do as I live in a black neighborhood with some of my best friends being from other racial groups. I am very aware of the atrocities committed by white people including the main instigators in two world wars, but this the now and that is what we need to deal with.

I think a big problem with aid to African countries and Haiti is that what the civilized world does is give them a fish with no expectations that they learn to fish themselves. We should be teaching them how to fish instead of depending on other nations.
