There Are Two Kinds of People

Usually when we hear such a phrase you know there will be some comparison to be addressed. There are the usual phrases and obvious ones as well. But there are also more subtle dualities that are present in our lives. Now I see opposites as if a person sees a pole, in other words as the two being connected by "an in between" and one would able to move up and down the pole, the same way mercury moves through a thermometer. You will not learn where I am coming from unless you contemplate deeply upon this, even if think you understand I still suggest you contemplate and introspect. We may have dualistic thinking but this activity of contemplation will help you see the unity in life. On the first half of statement there is virtue and the other half there is vice. But the goal is to understand the vice and virtue relation without condemning the vice, remember the saying "Love Thy Enemy" and with that hopefully be able to come to a greater peace with life and those around you. So without further waiting, I present my more subtle dualities regarding the two kinds of people:

1. There are those who know what they are thinking; and there are those who think they know.

2. There are those who speak the truth genuinely; and there are those who speak for themselves.

3. There are those who are aware of their ignorance; and there are those who are ignorant of their awareness.

4. There are those who are allowed to do something important; and there are those who want to do something important.

5. There are those who know where they are going; and there are those who think they know where they are going.

6. There are those who have mastered themselves; and there are those who want to be masters over others.

7. There are those who are wise; and there are those who speculate.

8. There are those who embrace and love life in its entirety; and there are those who just love their life.

9. There are those who want what they need; and there are those who need what they want.

10. There are those who understand the substance of things; and there are those who see only the forms of things.

11. There are those who have come out of the world and live life; and there are those who live there life for the world.

12. There are those who command there emotions; and there are those who allow themselves to be commanded by their emotions.

13. There are those who embrace all; and there are those who all embrace.

14. There are those who test there boundaries; and there are those who are tested by those who test boundaries.

15. There are those who think there are two kinds of people; and there are those who don't...

16. Likewise, there are those who embrace the paradoxes of life; and there are those who are run from paradoxes.

Most of us are able to see the clear black and white issues when it comes to people, but in the gray areas there is indeed a sense of uncertainty. This paper wants to exploit those gray areas, in an enlightening and yet humorous way.
