There was a Night

There was a night a child was born
which brings many of us to know
A day to remember around the world
as long as time can go.

We celebrate in many ways
with food, wine and gifts,
but must remember the true reason
why this day exists.

For on that night the child was born
a Savior came to be
to give us choices in our lives
to live eternally sin free

As families we will all unite
we gather for that day
to share a good time, love and thoughts
in our own special way.

Just don't forget that special reason
why we have that day
Make sure you thank our Lord
not just for Christmas but everyday.
