or has she been swept away by much stronger arms?
We used to think that paper dolls could dance for all the world,
while we sipped away quietly at those tea party charms.
But you can still run to the door with your heart in flames,
and I will burn as well with my lovesick song.
These hearts that I give have fallen from the sky.
Let me place them in your hand where they belong.
Should I be dragged away from this point of view,
when the seal has been broken on a disentangled love?
Why should you wonder that my feelings are so completely new,
when my life is sitting right beside you, yet is lived so far above?
But you can still run to the door with your heart in flames,
and I will burn as well with my lovesick song.
These hearts that I give have fallen from the sky.
Let me place them in your hand where they belong.

I agree with Delicia. Love the lines, "These hearts that I give have fallen from the sky.
Let me place them in your hand where they belong."
