These Are the True Friends

Janet Hunt
They are a light shining

Shining in the darkness of night

They are the voice that says

"Go on with your journey"

They are the hands

That reach down

Pulling you up from the pits

Of utter despair

They are the ones

Telling you what you don't always want...

But need to hear

They are the hope

That lights the darkest of days

They are the few, the true, the faithful

They are the true friends...

Janet, I've experienced the friendship you describe here on a first hand basis this week. You express the sentiments of an all important part of life perfectly! Nice!
