TheSecretPays -Affiliate Program

What's the Big Secret?

Michael Grisso
Affiliate Programs

If you are looking for an online business today, there is most likely an affiliate program that is involved with it. For those of you who don't know, an affiliate program is an affiliate(like yourself) who goes out and gets rewarded for every customer, and or sale provided through his/her efforts. It's todays way in the world of telling you that you get a finder's fee for attracting others to the particular business. So now that your a little more familiar, how about we find out exactly what The Secret Pays actually does and what's real, and what's not.

$100 Per Referral?

When you go right to the home page of the site I can't stress how vague it is. More times than not, it's just a front to something that's hidden........................Cost upfront. That's right, somewhere in the back pages it's going to say something like, "Yes, you can get started today for ..........". So, let's keep this in mind as we dig a little deeper into this company. There's 12 different pages to read on this site, so I'll sum it up for you.

#1The Cash Plan- Your first sale(well seeing that word, it's going to cost something) is what is called your qualifying sale. Which starts this process of sending $100 through your hands to your uplines hands. In doing this though, you are now qualified to get $100 instant payments everytime your first sale(the site calls her Lisa) gets anyone to join. After that the idea is to keep getting your personal referrals join, and get $100 dollars from all their referrals.

#2 The Movement of Money- I'm a little concerned at this point as I start reading and one of the sentences says, " give our members the means to receive payment for selling our products". There's three steps you need to do to start earning money instantly and forever. First you need to join, the cost is $125. After you join you will receive your own website full of $5,000 worth of downloadable products. Second step is to get your first person in the program(with help from your sponsor). Then for the Third step, just get more and more people involved. It's quite confusing reading everything, but we'll dissect it all at the end of this article.

#3 Your Secret Stash- The most intriguing thing here is that you get 100% of the profits? The fact that the company doesn't profit from the sales is interesting. The thoughts the company gives is that they want to earn your trust for any future recommendations. At this point reading through everything I'm not too keen on the fact they keep stating that all this money is going to move through my/your hands. Sounds like I won't get most of it. The best part is that you are instantly paid. You won't see the company handling the money. It will be paid out by Alert pay, E-gold, and a couple other ways(no Paypal).

If you do have questions you can reach the creator of the program Monday-Friday, live training twice a week, and the sites biggest asset of all which is what gets emailed out. I'll tell you about it later.

One thing I do like in this section is that they tell you to email all of your friends and family about the website. Once you start receiving emails back about others wanting to join you should upgrade then.

#4-#12 are basically ways to just get started, and additional links, testimonials and things of that nature.

Almost Forgotten

Remember how I told you that the sites biggest asset gets emailed to everyone. Well, it is a screen saver that they say tells your subconscious mind to attract tons of $100 bills. So I downloaded it, and it's these 10 second screen savers of beautiful places. Sandy beaches, beautiful oceans, and any other attractive thing you can think of for a place to go to and enjoy. Who knows if it works, maybe I'll study that and write an article on it.

The Overview

It's a lot of hype. Not whether the program works or not, but the fact that they make it sound like all these $100 bills are going to be as they state, "Moving through your hands". I say they are probably right, through your hands to your sponsors.

Basically as a quick run down, you have to get as many people personally signed up, then help them get their first one signed up in order for you to get all these $100 bills. The rest of the program doesn't make sense. If each person needs to get their "Qualifying Sale" and their sponsor gets the $100 how is it possible to make $100 from each person that the person you sponsored refers.

Just as confusing as this article has been writing is as confusing as the program is. If you decide to get involved with this first make sure you have a good response to your emails before you jump right in and put down $125. If you join your goal should just be to get your money back.

Which means you must get 4 people involved. If you feel you can't do that, or you are too confused about their program then simply don't do it. I know personally I wouldn't join because of the confusion the website itself gave me.

If I seem biased, perhaps I am. I joined 3 weeks ago and have almost immediately gotten a favorable return without talking to a single family member or friend. I would be happy to answer anyone's questions regarding this program and if you should decide to join, I would personally coach you through to success. You can view my site for this program at www.WealthyAmbitions.com.

This article is way off base. First, it's not an "affiliate program." It's not MLM. It is, as a couple others have mentioned, a "1up" program. These come in different varieties; 1up, 2up, 3up... depending on the program creator. If you've never heard of a "1up", it can be confusing at first. Mostly, because we're all so accustomed to the MLM structure and this is a bit different. There's actually a video somewhere on the site that explains it a bit easier.

It's backend is very user friendly and any questions should be able to be answered fairly easily via your sponsor. As it should be with any decent program.

You DO NOT need to get "4 people involved" to get your investment back. You only need two. Your first "qualifying" sale is passed up to your sponsor. Each one thereafter is yours, and then each of their enrollees in turn gets passed up to you. Not that complicated once you grasp it.

If I seem biased, perhaps I am. I joined 3 weeks ago and have almost imme

I agree with "One who knows the truth" you really need to learn what a one up system is before you go bashing it. Obviously, you dont know a thing about the LAW OF ATTRACTION either. Go to www.thesecret.tv and watch the movie then you will understand this whole concept.

Ya Marsha, I think that if there was actually information pertaining to it from the get go that would help and the company doesn't leave that for you in the beginning

  • Marsha Keiser6/13/2007

Actually Michael, I'd say you are right on the money, unless we're missing something here?!

From your write up, you don't seem to have a clue as to how a one up program works. You have some information that is wrong as well as misunderstood. Next time, get the facts before you put misinformation on your site.
