If you are a gambler than you are in luck! Gambling is legal in the Bahamas for tourists. The casinos are located on New Providence (2 casinos), Cable Beach (1), Freeport (1), Grand Bahama (2), Lucaya (1), and Paradise Island (2). Gambling games include: baccarat, black-jack, dice, roulette, slot machines, wheel of fortune, and much more.
If you are looking to dance the night away then you will find many night clubs in the Bahamas. You will hear everything from disco to the latest music being played.
Shopping
There are many places to go shopping in the Bahamas. The 2 best places to go shopping are located in Freeport and Lucaya. In Freeport you will find a 10-acre shopping center called the International Bazaar. In Lucaya you can fin a 6-acre complex called the Port Lucaya Marketplace and Marina. This complex features shops, restaurants, and bars.
Other Activities
If you like the water than you can there is scuba diving. The water in the Bahamas is warm and crystal clear. There are over 1,000 diving sites that are spread over 700 islands. You can see coral reefs or shipwrecks. One popular place to go diving is the Andros Island, which is the largest island in the Bahamas. You can also swim with the dolphins or even experience shark feeding. A dive master feeds them and is wearing protective equipment to feed the sharks. Those are just some of the many things that you can do while in the Bahamas.
Going to the Bahamas will keep you busy. With so many things to see and do, you might not want to leave. If your going to plan your trip to the Bahamas make sure you stay awhile so that you can see all there is to do.
