If you have not yet reached 50, begin today working to change habits that will age you. if you live a stressful life, work to relieve the stress. If you smoke, drink or party often, stop! Go to bed early ninety percent of the time. Walk, experience the beauty of nature, laugh a lot. If you have a stressful job, if possible, change careers.
Sometimes, however, the way we age is based on genetics. When genetics plays a part in the way you age, there is nothing you can do except pray. If you have plants, you most likely have noticed the change or shine your plants demonstrate when spritzed with water daily. Just like our plants, water is vital for our body. Cells require moisture. If moisture is not provided regularly throughout the day, your skin begins to show signs of moisture deprivation. Each day after taking your bath, spritz water on your face. If possible, before dressing, spritz your body with water. Take a few seconds to allow the water to soak in. After a few days, you will begin to notice a natural shine to your skin. You will begin to see the skin appearing firmer, healthier and softer.

Post a CommentPradip, my article did not say ageing can be prevented by drinking water. If you will read the article again, you will see tht it states this is something that will enhance your looks, not prevent ageing. Ageing is a process we will all go through and no one can avoid it. But, life issues cause some to age more drastically than others. One is the body loses moisture and dryness causes the skin to look rough, ashy and hard. Water with lemon added can reduce the effect of 'life stresses' on the body.
I am happy to learn that ageing can be prevented by taking more water.But water is not only solution to prevent ageing. The ageing is natural process. 50 years aged individual can never be looked like 25 years aged people. If you have any other technics to look good . Please tell it.
