Things I'm Thankful for This Holiday Season

With the Thanksgiving season quickly approaching, I thought I'd take a few minutes to say what I'm thankful for.

First and foremost, I'm thankful for family. On November 25, my little Thanksgiving turkey will be a year old. My son is by far the most important part of my life. After losing Tyler in a wreck two years ago, I was really scared to try again. But I am so glad I did.

Next on the list are my friends. You guys have either got a lot of guts or just really have nothing better to do with your time than put up with me sometime. Whatever the case, if any of you guys are reading this, thank you. All of you.

I'm also thankful for pro wrestling fans. For almost 10 years now, I have been blessed enough to have the opportunity to perform for you guys night in and night out. I've said it a million times and I'll carry it to the grave with me-if it weren't for all of the fans, none of us would have any reason to go out and do what we do. You rock!

In addition, I'm thankful for places like Associated Content. If you're wondering why, then it's real simple. Places like these that give me a platform to freely dispense my opinion without legal backlash is what keeps my rapidly drifting lack of sanity in check...well, that and wrestling.

And what kind of ties in with being thankful for fans of wrestling, I'm finally thankful of all of you who take the few minutes to read my editorials every day and every week. When I sign onto AC every and see that I have page views, it means I'm doing something right. It may not be popular with everyone, and there's often been vast differences of opinion, but that's what I love about this country. A special thank you to each and every one of you!I know I didn't get everything and everyone covered. I knew it would happen. There's not enough space to cover every single aspect. I wish I could. But do me a favor when you read this. Remind yourself of what you're thankful for. Whether it be family, friends, a job, or just the ability to wake up every day, express it. Life's too short to let things go untold. Happy holidays everybody!
