Never throw things at them, This just makes the situation worse and tends to make them even more upset then they were to begin with. So do not do this even if it is a pillow or a stuffed animals but when you are mad you do not always think before you do things. So here we go.
Never walk away, This makes them mad for the simple fact that you are walking away when they are talking to you. There for this is a no no. You want the argument to end but walking away will not help it end.
Never Ignore them, You do not like being ignored when you are talking they do not like it either and this really does not resolve any thing it just makes it worse. We do not want that.
Do not I mean Do not call them names, This does not really get anyone anywhere but it will upset them. you do not want to hurt their feelings or make them think you have no respect for them at all.
Do not talk bad about their family, They are already upset they do not need any fuel to make it worse plus you will just feel bad after wards and will feel awkward around the in laws after wards especially if you get along with them.
Do not threaten them with not putting out, this does not really work even if you do not put out that night it really does not solve anything and it will not stop the argument.
These are just a few things not to do during an argument no matter how mad you get. It will not solve anything and you only hurt your spouses feeling and feel bad for doing the above just because you were mad at them. So think before you act and think to yourself would I like it if my spouse did this stuff to me? So I hope every one has a great day and a great marriage. God Bless
