Casa Loma was previously the home to industrialist, military man and financier, Sir Henry Pellatt. Casa Loma was his vision, it was his, "House on the Hill."
No guide is needed at Casa Loma, just go about at your own pace. Take in the elegance and décor of the suites and bathrooms and the size of the great room with its 60 foot high ceilings.
Venture through the library, conservatory, peacock Alley, the Round room, Garden room and many more. There is even an 800 foot long tunnel that connects the castle to the stables. This tunnel is 18 feet below the ground.

Pay a visit to the Royal Ontario Museum, the largest museum in Canada and one of the top in the world.
The Royal Ontario Museum, or ROM, was opened to the public in March 1914, with a mission to understand cultures and diversity. ROM houses many world culture, hands on and natural history galleries. There are around six million pieces in the museums collection.
You will be fascinated with the display of early typewriters, the Black Star Sapphire of Queensland, Shanghai exhibits, exhibits of discoverer Charles Darwin, Wedgwood art and so much more.
Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at one of the restaurants or bring your own. Then pick up a gift or souvenir at one of the museums shops.
Purchase tickets at the museum or online. Adults pay $20, students and senior pay $17, children ages 5 to 14 cost $14 and kids under four are free. Museum memberships can also be purchased.

If you are looking for a thrill, then be sure to stop at Canada's Wonderland, with more than 50 rides and over 150 attractions.
Canada's Wonderland has a large selection of roller coasters and rides. Pick from trill rides such as the Behemoth, Mighty Canadian mine buster, Psyclone or Time Warp.
For a little slower pace there is the century old Carrousel, Speed City Raceway, Swings of the Century, The Rage and more.
Wonderland also has three areas just for kids. Young ones will love Nickelodeon Central, the KidZville Station, a boat ride on Swan Lake or blasting off with Jimmy Neutron's Brainwasher.
For those hot days stop off at the Splash Works, a 20-acre water park. Water park attraction include the four story slide the Black Hole, Lazy River, White Water bay and the Pump House to name a few.
There are more than 12 places to grad a bite to eat and a drink. There are also many shops and stores to pick up a gift or souvenir.
Ticket prices range from $29.35 to $45.59 for a single day, depending on what you want to do. Season tickets and multiple day tickets are also available.

If you like heights, then you will love the amazing CN Tower.
The CN Tower is Canada's national Tower and the world's tallest building standing at 1,815 feet high. Stand in the Sky Pod, 1,465 feet up and you can take in a full 360 degree awe inspiring view of Toronto and surrounding areas.
Walk on the Glass Floor and look 1,122 feet straight down. Take in the view from the Look Out or goof around in the Arcade and Himalamazo, a motion ride film.
Taking you to each level of the tower is one of six high speed elevators with glass fronts. These elevators travel at 15 miles per hour. Restaurants include the 360, Horizons Café and Far Coast Café. Tower shopping includes the Marketplace, CN Tower Photos and CD Puzzle.
Prices for the CN Tower depend on how far you want to go. For a Total Tower Experience, it cost $32.99 for all ages.
